Directions: Mix 1 heaped scoop (13 g) with 6–8 oz (180–240 ml) of cold water and drink 15 minutes before training. Scoops are an estimate only; weighing scales are recommended. Do not exceed the recommended serving.

Other ingredients: Natural flavours, citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, sucralose and added flavour colours.

Warnings: For healthy adults 18 years or older. Contains caffeine (350 mg per 13 g serving — about 4 cups of coffee). Not suitable if you are sensitive to caffeine; do not combine with other sources of caffeine or stimulants. How to use

Mix 1 scoop with 250ml of cold water and consume approximately 15 minutes before exercise. Do not exceed one serving daily. Due to its high caffeine content, avoid taking late in the day.
