How to use
ORIGINAL: Mix 4 scoops (240g) with 500-1000ml of water or milk in a shaker or blender and shake well. PROFESSIONAL / Lean Mass Gainz: mix 2.5 scoops (150g) with about 500ml of water or skimmed milk. For either formula, take 1-3 servings daily depending on your calorie requirements — ideally one serving post-workout and others between meals. Follow the directions on your specific pack and adjust liquid and serving size to suit your goals and tolerance.
