How to use
Mix 1 scoop (40g) with around 100ml of cold water and whisk with a fork for 30 seconds until all the powder is dissolved and a thick, dough-like texture forms. Enjoy with a spoon as a dessert or snack. Do not exceed 1 serving per day. Best used as part of a balanced diet, ideal post-workout or as an evening treat.
