Mix 2 scoops (100 g) with 200–400 ml of water or skimmed milk, before and after training. Contains milk; may contain soya, egg and gluten.

How to use

Mix 2 scoops (100g) with 200-400ml of water or skimmed milk. On training days take 1 serving 45-75 minutes before your workout and 1 serving immediately after. On rest days take 1 serving between meals. Adjust the liquid amount to your preferred thickness.
